In January of this year, with much trepidation, we contracted Ainsdale Loft Conversions to undertake to build a substantial addition to our home within the recesses of the roof of a building designed in the 1920's.
We had sought advice from Loft firms from as far away as Manchester, national firms and local builders. We had considered self-build and all the options possible to take on the work without ruining the character of the house. After much deliberation we chose Ainsdale Loft Conversions.
Our previous home had been built by a local firm under our limited direction and had turned into the original nightmare relating to builders. The thought of a recurrence was a worry.
Upon the completion of this work I can now thankfully say our faith in builders is finally restored.
Our loft conversion is finally complete and meets our every expectation. The materials used, standard of workmanship, thought put into the job and actual price of work I would qualify as unbeatable.
John Maloney has personally undertaken and supervised the work from start to finish and as such expects his team to meet his own high standards.
Quality materials, workmanship and obvious pride in their work has resulted in a conversion which fits the house, adds to it's character and in terms of quality matches the building work of craftsmen from the original building days of the 1920's.
